SHIPPING AND RETURNS 


SHIPPING

Free Ground Shipping is offered on orders $99 and above and a flat rate of $6.95 on orders below $99.

Order processing is currently 1-3 business days after you get the orders confirmation, excluding holidays.  Shipping confirmation and tracking numbers are sent to the email used in the order. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to be updated after the  shipping confirmation email.

We are not responsible for dispatched items that has incorrect address.  Please ensure your address is correct when placing an order.  If returned to us due to an address error, buyer will pay the extra shipping fee for redelivery.





RETURNS

Returns are accepted 14 days of delivery date. Unfortunately , we cannot provide free return shipping label at this time.
Items must be in its original condition with tag, unworn, unwashed. We will issue a merchandise credit /exchange of your return via email valid for 2 years.

LOST PACKAGES
Sage and Daffodils will not be responsible for lost packages. Please work with the couriers for the resolution of the shipment.

DAMAGED ITEM
We will do our best to inspect all our items before it's shipped. For unfortunate events that it has slipped our quality control, please send the pictures of damaged items within 3 days of delivery. Item should be still be in its original condition, unworn and with tags.
